Description
This programme provides students with knowledge and understanding of project management, together with a range of inter-related skills and competencies. Current news articles reflect the desperate shortages of project management skills in the public and private sector. These skills are required in both large-scale construction projects as well as medium and small-scale in-house projects. This certificate is an excellent introduction to this critical field of Management and includes basic General Management skills. Project management skills are in demand in almost every institution. Project management allows practitioners to conceptualise, develop and implement projects. It is not the exclusive domain of the construction or building sector.
